What We Do
We take your poured die or elasto-
meric impression and laser scan the
geometry in 3D at over 2000 points
per second. Scanned geometry is then
imported into CeraDesign™ software.
Using CeraSys™ proprietary software
we accurately define the margin(s) and
any pontic entities. Efficient, built in
libraries, allow rapid design of the
framework.
Cutting routines are automatically
defined and generated by CeraSys™
software and the CeraMill™ now cuts
the framework to .08mm accuracy out
of CeraBlock™ Zirconia.
The final computer controlled and
monitored process to create your
framework is the CeraHeat™ sintering
furnace.
Bridges/Copings are dried and heat
cycled up to 1500°C/2732°F to
achieve the incomparable property
profile which only Yttria stabilized Zr02
brings to restorative dentistry.
Hi-strength Copings with wall sections down to .3mm
Preparation Guidelines
360° chamfer with 5 degrees or less
angularity. Vertical angle of 4 degrees
or less. Avoid undercuts. Labs - please
provide a trough 360° around prep
beneath the margin.
